Hi, I’m Jonathan, a product design leader, educator, and community builder based in Miami.

I currently lead the Design Systems team at Docusign, where I focus on scaling systems, driving brand consistency, and helping teams create accessible, high-impact experiences across web and mobile. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across startups and enterprise teams, building products that prioritize clarity, usability, and trust.

Outside of Docusign, I teach UI/UX Design at BrainStation, mentor emerging designers through ADPList, and co-lead Friends of Figma Miami. I’m passionate about building inclusive, growth-minded communities and I find deep fulfillment in helping others succeed in their design journeys.

Originally from South Florida (with a chapter in the Bay Area), I’m a proud husband and dad of two. When I’m not designing or teaching, you’ll find me playing the bass, working out, or exploring the outdoors with my family.
